Sometimes can't add Coming Soon games to wishlist from within the Quest, is this a bug?

Phantom: Covert Ops is one right now. You can look at it in the store on your Quest, but there's no wishlist button. You can add it to your wishlist through the Oculus website, though. Is this a bug, and if so where do I report it? Thanks.
