I wanted to know if there was a way to take wide screen screenshots on the Quest? Promo shots for games have them so I wanted to know how is it done? Is it a third party software?

As the title and my post states, wide screen screenshots.
It looks like people may be using the ADB function of SideQuest to record 16:9 video footage and screen grabbing that.
Regular screen grabs would be from one eye so that's why it's square so I'm not sure whether ADB stiches the views from both eyes together to get the widescreen or not or whether there's cropping going on.. well, either way there's definitely some top and bottom cropping involved.
This YouTube seems to have a good explanation of 2 ways to grab the video... either directly onto the headset or onto a PC.
so how the devs take widescreen shots of ingame is through the oculus develoepr hub app on pc or through the game engine its built on like unreal engine or unity engine.
