How does my refund need to be approved for paying for Medal of Honor when it doesn’t even work! If I went to the store and bought a game and the case was empty I’m pretty sure I would get refunded ASAP.
I really miss the good old days when you bought a game and actually had something to play. It’s so much better to pay $40 so you can go through the process of installing an enormous game twice and watch a loading screen endlessly and still have nothing. I basically paid so I could get frustrated enough to have to vent my frustrations on this board. Great scam good job ruining my enthusiasm for your product. You are just straight robbing customers

Oh no! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. If you have requested an automatic refund you might get a message informing you that it has to be approved. This is the normal process for all self-serviced automatic refunds, but that doesn't mean you won't receive your refund. In order for the automatic refund to be accepted, the play time will need to be confirmed if it's less than 2 hours and if it's within the 14 day return window.
The refund you processed for Medal of Honor™: Above and Beyond will more then likely be accepted, especially for a defective start which also means your playtime was zero.
Once you requested a refund, your request will be reviewed and you will be emailed with an update. You won't be able to use the content while your request it's being reviewed. To check the status of your request, visit your Purchase History.
It typically takes no more than 5 days to be reviewed, verified and processed. It may take longer for your statement to reflect the credit. When a refund request is granted, we'll credit you through your original payment method(s). If you still haven't received the money after 7-9 business days, we recommend contacting your payment provider for help receiving your refund.
Please if after 9 business days you have not received your refund, reach back out through an Oculus Support ticket. We'll be able to look further into it for you.
