Trying to pair Quest 2 - not found by Oculus app?

Hi

Upgraded my Quest 1 to a 2. Trying to set it up but when the Oculus app requests the 5 digit code from the headset, it cannot find the device. It is as if the number is incorrect (but I am definitely entering the right one).

My Quest 1 is still found.

Any ideas what I can do before I return the headset as defective

Hello there! If Quest 2 isn't showing up, double check that Bluetooth setting to make sure it's on. If you still can't see it, uninstall and reinstall the app, that usually does the trick.

Thank you. What worked in the end was simply restarting my phone. I guess that updated the Oculus app and it immediately found the headset. So up and running now 😃
