UE4: How to connect two Oculus Quest in Multiplayer? And which is the easiest way?

I feel a bit confused, I've been trying to find serious and decent online material for days, but I couldn't. More and more confused.

So, what's better to use to be sure of sharing the same place, through Oculus Online SubSystem, through Steam, or LAN?
