Hi, I'm attempting to make a hand tracking app but am having a really rough go of setting up my Quest 2 to work with UE4 :#
I've faced a number of issues, but one I can't seem to figure out is why other people have different settings than I do with the same plugin and engine version.

They have a ton more options! Any reason as to why?
Lastly, for those who have used both is OVR dev easier on Unity or UE4? I'm getting quite frustrated with all the setup that needs to be done before the actual game building can start :/.
