Good morning I just bought Oculus two Bobover headset with extra battery I actually bought one for my grandson as well just gave it to him for Christmas. Right now I have no access to my library supernatural which I bought out right and Vesey I have no access to all it says on my screen is oops something went wrong“” I have no way to play any games I have no way to exercise. I’m asking for help because I don’t understand up to this point everything has been OK except for I had to do a factory reset once since I got it in October. Can someone help me?
