Unable to run Google Earth with link cable via gaming PC/laptop on Quest 2

I
downloaded the software on my gaming pc and gaming laptop via the official
Oculus site and connected the Quest 2 via Link. Other apps work great but
Google Earth doesn't work on both machines and I keep getting the same error
message.

The error message is:

We're unable to run on your
current machine settings. Please see the Known issues document linked in the
store page for potential workarounds.

Error code = 0

Error message: unknown

Function:
ovr_CreateTextureSwapChainGL

I also do not know where to
find the Known issues document

Does anyone know a solution
for this??

Thanks in advance because Google Earth is the app I want to use
the most!!

So, all other Oculus and Steam store games are working fine with a Quest 2 and Link on both your desktop pc and laptop?  If that is the case then Google Earth VR should run ok on both. If you have cranked up Quest Link graphics settings you may want to try lowering them down a bit (like back to default).

If you are using the Oculus Store version maybe try uninstalling it and install/run the Steam version (both are free).  I had a problem in the past with the Oculus store version and the Steam version ran fine.  Also, with my Q2 wireless with Virtual Desktop only the Steam version works right now anyway.

Sorry, all I can think of right now.  Google Earth VR is working well with my Q2 using either Link or wireless w/VD.
