Uninstall and reinstall a game

How do I uninstall a game and reinstall it. I have Gun Club VR and the game starts out fine until it tell me to move to the next spot. When I move to next spot nothing happens, I have been in this section before and targets should pop up.  I figure I can uninstall the game and reinstall it to see if that fixes the problem.

When in the apps list, there is a place on right of app name to click (three dots) that gives the option to uninstall. 

You can't really hide apps, but you can change your view (top right) and select "installed" temporarily (resets the next session)
