Upgrade to new Video card for Oculus Link - How can I see what my framerate is?

Hi All,

I'm upgrading my video card to an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 Super Founders Edition and was wondering if there is an easy and/or free or cheap benchmark tool that I can use to compare my performance with my old card versus my new card?
