My controller recently got drift even though I had been careful with it and put the oculus in the box when not using it. Oculus told me to do a factory reset, to which I did, and it did not fix the situation. Now my oculus data is totally gone, and I'm requesting a new one instead of a new controller. Has anybody  had luck with asking for refunds?
