We cannot get hold of any replacement controllers in Australia. The whole VR is useless if your controller is broken and not working. Allow people to back order so their requests are in the system, and those who have watied longer will get theirs first. Right now you have nothing in place, you can't even tell us when these will be available. You need to step up Oculus and manage this better.
Take out the battery and clean the inside where the + and - sides of the battery touch the controller with q tip and alcohol, then put a small piece of aluminum foil at each side and replace battery. Worked like a charm for mine! Good luck!!
