Weird problem, oculus quest 2 overheat

I bought my quest for almost a year now and this problem just happened today. So first, I can't charge the VR with the normal charger and the elite strap with battery ( the weird thing is both of the charging methods work on my phone). Then, after reboot and reset factory, it starts to getting charge for 1 min and then it stopped charging no matter how I try. 10 min later, I tried to charge again and it only works with a normal charger (the wall charger) but not working with the elite strap, despite the fact that the wall charger and the elite strap's battery still work on my phone. But here is the biggest problem: because I don't see the elite strap's battery is charging for the oculus quest, I just plug the wall charger in and left it charges for a few hours. When I come back, a little part of my charging port (in the oculus quest) and my charging cable melt a little bit, but both of them still work.

In conclusion, there are 2 problems: 1. my wall charger and elite strap with battery which both work on my phone and my other phone, only the wall charger work for the oculus quest (even yesterday, the elite strap still work very good), not the elite strap with battery which still working. 2. When I plug the wall charger in, it overheated and melt the plastic.

By the way, It was fine for almost a year, and I have not done anything different to the it.

So I want to ask if anyone of you get any problem like me or anyone has a solution?
