Who can help me

Received my second Oculus 2 and cannot proceed past the Setup Complete Page, Press the Oculus button as required and all it does is reset the screen and will not bring up the toolbar.
I have factory reset the unit once already and also rebooted it twice. Have chatted online to agent but to no avail.
This is the second Quest 2 I have had as the first one started to display the overheating sign after the last update it received, after a week of backwards and forwards with support I had to return that one for a new replacement.
Now that I have received the replacement it does not work as well, I would have thought that if you are replacing a damaged unit with another you would at the very least have checked before dispatching it.
If any one out there has any clues on how to fix the current problem it would be greatly appreciated.
I have put a ticket in.

Sorry to hear about your frustrating situation. I doubt they would have checked the replacement unit. If it was sealed, probably not.

Since you already had a Quest 2 up and running, I assume you know what you're doing with the setup procedure. A couple of things though, did you have the headset plugged in during the procedure and is the wifi connection you're using reliable? Also, what is the ambient temperature and humidity like where you're using it. If it's super hot maybe you could put a pedestal fan in front of you.

Other than that, I don't know what to suggest. It's possible you got another faulty unit. I've heard a few stories about problems, which might be related to how cheap they are. You are getting everything a flagship phone has, but at a fraction of the price. These things are ridiculously cheap for what they are.

It might help if you post some screenshots and more details, but it might not either.
