solved! Had Audio, since 13/13 Audio is gone again

So I had it working somehow when my Quest was on v12. I think I disabled nvidia and put the sound to Realtek but I don't remember exactly since I tried so much stuff...And here we go again! Now that Nvidia is still disabled I have no clue what to do....
