My daughter tried her oculus 2 and its jut a black screen,I tried to do a reset like it said and the screen is still black.She has had it not even a year yet and I just bought her new stuff to go with it for Christmas and now it wont work.Im very upset and pissed about this as I spent over $600.00 for it on Amazon.I will turn it on and hear the chime but the screen is still black.I press the o symbole and can see that but no screen at all.Please can someone help me?????Thank you
