I gotta use my warrantee on my oculus because my controller doesn't want to connect at all. I already tried all the trouble shooting step so no use of sending them to me. Unless u guys wanna give me a left controller for free. so yeah kinda sad now :/.

We will need to verify that you have tried the following troubleshooting steps in order to continue assisting you with this issue. Please verify that you have tried the following:

  • Replacing the batteries in the problem controller with new batteries.
  • Un-pairing and repairing the controller

If these steps do not work to resolve your issue, please send us a private message or submit a support ticket here with your Oculus account email and controller's serial number, so we can continue assisting you with this issue.

I did that already, you sent me this.

These steps don't work... but

If you take out the battery and clean the inside where the + and - sides of the battery touch the controller with q tip and alcohol, then put a small piece of aluminum foil at each side and replace battery.  Worked like a charm for mine! Good luck!!
