bypass minimum GPU requirement for oculus link

Hello,
I own a oculus quest and I want to use oculus link on an older laptop that only has a Nvidia 950m graphics card (not supported for VR).
I like making games or try stuff out on unity and right now the only way I can make this on this laptop is by compiling the game for the quest. This is long and makes debugging difficult. This is why I want to use the link on this older laptop, just for this purpose, and I don't mind having really bad fps, latency or anything.
Does anyone know how to bypass the minimum GPU requirement for the oculus app? (turn it off, or use a tool to make the app believe you have a better gpu ?)

Thanks

The compatibility requirements are not just about fps, but also specific features of the GPU that are needed for Link. The GPU does the encoding for the compressed video stream, which is fairly intensive. If the GPU can't handle that on top of rendering the scene, it can't be made to work.

DK2, CV1, Go, Quest, Quest 2, Quest 3.
