Hello, we want to make sure you have the best VR experience and understand how not having audio could be a major issue. Let's go ahead and work together to get this solved. We see that this is on the app, but when you use the headset, do you have any kind of audio coming out of it? If you don't, you can attempt the following troubleshooting steps.
If it only says no audio on the app, but you do have audio coming out of the headset We recommend uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.
