Hi matthew.smith47. I had the same problem today both on my mobile and on my PC. I followed this link and got chatting with Leandro. Oculus Chat He mentioned it was just a glitch and to carry on with the payment. I've had no trouble with it since then. I hope this helps you and anyone else that may encounter this message when purchasing games or apps on the Oculus site.
