Firstly, has it ever been in focus? If not, you probably need spectacles since the lenses are a fixed distance from the screens, focusing the lenses isn’t possible. There are a few vendors out there that produce correction lenses specifically for the quest 2.

Hey JUP8TER, we see you're having a little trouble with your Quest 2 being in focus. While you cannot adjust the actual focus of your screen, you can adjust the width of your lens spacing.
To change the lens spacing on your Oculus Quest 2, gently adjust the lenses by shifting them together or apart.
There are three lens spacing settings for Quest 2. If you know your IPD (Inter-Pupillary Distance), the table below shows which lens spacing setting we suggest.
IPD Range Lens Spacing Setting
61 mm or smaller 1 (narrowest, 58 mm)
61 mm to 66 mm 2 (middle, 63mm)
66mm or larger 3 (widest, 68mm)
Don't hesitate to try a different lens spacing setting to see if it improves image clarity for you. If adjusting the lens spacing on your headset doesn't work please check out this link to order custom prescription lenses. 👓
