new vr headset app issue

i got the quest 2 today, but i cant seem to download games. just comes up with a loading circle and after 3 hours i havent got any further. i have the oculus app on my iphone but the game says its in the installation queue. i have tried turning the headset off then on again, restarting it, disconnecting wifi and reconnecting it and nothing changed. please help me, this is frustrating

as of right now? i thought my headset was broken so i returned it, got a new one and its doing the same thing

There were server issues earlier, but I’m downloading things right now, so they seem to have been resolved.
