well i have download the new version of nvidia geforce RTX 3060 laptop gpu . version : 30.0.14.7111 but oculus dont want open . i do it : i have put the old version of nvidia geforce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU version : 27.21.14.6235 and now oculus home can be open.
lets go all have this same problem do it for fix the problem and contact the support of nvidia and say that you want he fix the probleme because he work on the old version but not on the new
finaly i have the problem come of graphic card integreted of amd , i have been on the website of amd for download the software for it and when i have re-install it after a restart all have work
