they have deleted the profile and is no longer able to log in, they had bought a lot of things and lost everything, is there a way to recover everything?

You might need to contact Facebook's customer support. Yeah, I know... laugh all you want about that. It is a bit of a joke.
That said, my experience is that Facebook never deletes an account... even when you told them to do so.
