my tv app always stops. I'm new with oculus and I until now I could import 360° images in the tv app, but now it doesn't work any more... any idea why and how to solve?
Same thing is happening to me, I made a post but haven't had any responses, i also tried contacting support but they don't know why its crashing either.
Mine too. No matter what I try to watch it crashes and gives me the options to select App Info or Close App. If I select Close App my Quest 2 locks up for a few minutes. If I chose App Info it takes me back to my home screen but plays the audio for the Back to the Future VR Video. This happens no matter what I try to watch.
I had the same response... Currently, our team is giving their best to in order to get this bug resolved and the only option we can advise at the moment is a factory reset.
I have asked to revert to an older version, because that still works on a second set I can use.. but no response to that..
