Fan/Cooling Control Software causes major jitters and compositor issues

Good morning,

I'm hoping SOMEONE can help me out here. I've been working with Support, but we're all kind of clueless for now.

We've done tons of troubleshooting, even gone so far to replace the headset and even do a windows reset.

After the reset, the Rift S works fine. No jitter or compositor lag. Good!

Until, I install iCUE (I've got a Corsair case with a CommanderPro driving the fans and lighting), NZXT Cam (Running a Kraken AIO Cooler) or AORUS Engine (for my MB and GPU). Any one of those starts to induce the lag and jitter, to the point where even one being installed makes the headset unusable. See the screenshot below.

We've tried different USB ports and hubs (3.0 and 3.1) as well as rewiring all RGB/Fan/Pump controllers to be on separate USB 2.0 controllers.

Everything USED to work in harmony, but now it doesn't...

The system is definitely up to the job:
i9-9900k
Z390 Aorus Ultra
RTX3090 Aorus Master
32GB RAM
850W PSU
All system software (Oculus included) running on an M.2 NVME

Obviously the short term is either don't use Oculus or dont use any of the programs above. But... I don't want to do that in the long term.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!
