Hi, I have a problem cause the MENU button on my left control is pressed alone and does not let me play because it is constantly pressed alone. What I can do?
Hey @JaimeXGT, I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with your menu button. Does the button seem to physically stuck? If not, please try removing the battery for a couple of minutes and re-inserting it. This will reset the wireless connection. Please also try re-pairing the controller as well.
