New Rift User and plagued with problems

So I recently purchased a new Oculus Rift S, Upon initial set-up, everything worked perfectly (Then again I only played an about an hour before having to log off.)

When I returned to my device, I was bombarded with all kinds of problems. Listed below is every issue, that I have encountered so far.

- Constant Software Restart Required loop
- Tracking senors cannot be detected (Got this after clean install)
- Green and Red pixels throughout display with flashing and flickering
- Mid-play display will just go black, still has sound but no picture
- Problems detecting USB/Display port most of the time

Now, I know what you're already thinking, and yes, I have done every single (fix), that has been posted all over the internet.

Changing USB Bios settings
Updating USB Drivers
Reinstalling USB Drivers
Using old and new Graphics Drivers
Using different Display-ports
Re-seating the cable from the headset
Doing the windows Camera trick
Updating Windows
Changing the USB Power settings
Changing the USB Power management settings
Unplugging other things minus Keyboard and mouse from computer
Trying the BETA Updates.

You name it, I've tried it and these problems still exist, I have read forums and forums, watched videos and videos of these issues. Most are dated back to June, when an update seemed to fix most of these issues for most people. I've sent in a ticket and currently waiting for a reply. I have a replacement coming, (even though I'm positive that it's not an issue with the system). When I can get it to run without any of the problems, it works wonderful, for about an hour/hour and a half.

I guess my question for the forum is - Any ideas? Is this a re-appearing issue with the latest Oculus Software update? Is it a problem is ASMedia USB? Could my system really be faulty out of the box? Should I try an external USB 3.0 Card? Is anyone else having these same problems after the recent update? I could honestly live with all the other issues - as long as the display worked properly and there isn't flashing/flickering and green and red pixels throughout the display. Purchased after Thanksgiving. Any input would be splendid.

i have tried my oculus rift s on 3 computers  when you boot up it loses the usb. take the usb out then put it back in all working fine
so many people having this trouble  thinking it could be a batch of faulty units could be its not putting enough power to the usb
on boot up, so windows 10 dont recognise usb so it puts windows driver in
