Oculus Rift Black Screen

I have done everything the troubleshooting software has told me to do. My oculus rift use to work but now I tried getting on it after a month and now I can't see the screen when I try to play but the audio and my mic still works in the rift.

If you have obs and updated it to the 26.0 version that just came out, rollback to the 25.0.8 version, that worked for me
