Sometimes when I play a VR game for about 20 minutes or less what will happen is the controllers will freeze, the screen will freeze and then I will hear a loud beep that is at the pitch of a "B". after that the screen goes black and then I hear static. How do I fix this problem?
Hey @bypig trying other USB ports as well as removing any USB devices other than the mouse and keyboard may help. You can also try reseating the cable behind the facial interface, if it persists then create a ticket. - Principe
