There's a slight rattle in my right touch controller, as if a screw or spring is loose. Additionally, the battery shakes around quite a bit when using the controller. Should I be concerned about this? Currently it seems to be a benign (but annoying) problem, but I'm not sure if it'll cause any performance issues in the future. The device I'm using is very new, I just got it a couple weeks ago as a warranty replacement - the rattling just started in the past couple of days. Not sure if I should contact support about this or just deal with it. Thoughts?
If you don't see anything physical that is causing it, I would open a support ticket just in case. There should not be any rattling whilst moving the controller. Battery should not shake around either, mine are in there quite snug.
