I've just updated my oculus software and all all available windows updates and the position tracking of my Rift S controllers has stopped working entirely. Orientation is still tracked and the buttons work but their position in space is no longer tracked. I've checked device manager and the power saving settings are still disabled for my usb ports so I know the update didn't flip those back on.
Hey @mattsmith6951 can you try removing the batteries from the controllers for one full minute before reinserting new ones. Also removing other USB devices leaving only the mouse, keyboard and Rift S may influence the issue. If it persists, reach out to Support here for additional assistance. - Principe
