Luck of the draw.  You gotta be faster.

Try Best Buy....they seem to get stocked relativity faster than most.

Don't bother, I've had three now and the tracking breaks down every time - I'm awaiting my fourth replacement as I type! others are complaining about the build quality of the more recent headsets. I've said it from the start and I'll continue to say it now - the Rift S has some serious quality control issues and I can't honestly recommend it to anyone.

There really needs to be a sticky for this info. I see post like this all the time.

Use an inventory tracker like HotStock.io .They somehow keep track of the inventory of many vendors like Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Oculus etc...

You just sign up and set the price limit you're willing to pay. They also have a phone app that will alert you when a vendor has the item you want in stock. You just go to the site and buy it.

If you want to increase your chances you should have an account on the sites you are willing to buy from. You should also have a way to automatically fill out the billing and shipping information so you can go to the site and buy the item within seconds. Everyone else is doing the same so if you don't you will probably miss out. Plus there are people using botting software to buy them even faster.

I used HotStock.io to buy a Rift S and 3 different Quest. Each time it took me around 20-30 tries until I was successful in buying one. So you might not be successful buying one if you follow my advice but if you keep trying you will eventually.

I see that you're in Iceland so your only option might be Oculus and luckily the tracking site includes Oculus.

I bought mine on June 2nd when it said it was in stock. I'm kinda worried I got bamboozled because my order is "Processing for shipping"..And as someone else had mentioned the build quality being poor as of recently, it wouldn't shock me if the units are in fact in poor condition due to having to throw together devices as quickly as possible?..I hope I don't get one of the duds?..

So I'm sure when I bought mine "in stock" it probably wasn't huh? How long do you think it'll actually take to have them resupplied and shipped out?

EDIT: Apparently I was just charged for my device yesterday. Does that mean it'll be on its way here soon?
