I have had my oculus quest and touch controllers for about 6 weeks now. I have been very careful about the quest and the touch controllers. When i put on my quest this morning I immediately notice that the thumbstick on my right oculus touch controllers is loose. This is annoying me a lot because it makes it very easy to accidentally snap rotate and it is very difficult to be precise with the thumbstick. I hope someone have a solution to this issue 🙂
Most prob the wires that are on the inside of the controllers are bad or have came loose. Don't take it apart contact the support team and they will see what the problem is. If they cant find a way to fix it they will send out a new pair.
