EDIT: I turned of the firewall as well as Every option in windows defender and it went through
I just got my quest today and wanted to set up Link as well. i go to install the oculus software on pc and it tells me to restart my computer everytime. There are no oculus folders created under Appdata to see a log file. Ive turned off Windows defender, firewall, ran a lean windows session by turning off MSI Afterburner and all the rgb stuff.
