Hi, my friend has an issue with her headset.... when she's trying to configure her oculus rift s she gets the following error: Verify the sensors of the headset. The sensors wont follow the headset. Please unplug the USB cable from your computer and plug it back then try again if it doesn't work try another USB port. She tried EVERYTHING... and when i say everything i mean everything... We're kind of lost right now... Please help!

Hey @OculusSupport we already sent multiple times to the support the Oculus Diagnostic logs of her Oculus and you guys always said and i quote "There's nothing wrong with these logs i cannot help you i'm sorry".
