Hello, I have a problem with my helmet oculus rift S I just bought. "The helmet does not check the sensors", that's what the oculus software tells me. To try to solve the problem I have already repaired the software; changed USB 3.0 sockets several times; does the beta update; disabled my antivirus; activated the camera on Windows; installed the drivers via oculus files. I don't know what to do anymore, please help me. cordially
Contact support and submit a ticket. If your USB ports do not work, you may need a USB card. The one linked in my signature works. Contact support though.
