What size is the desktop screen?

So im trying to run f1 2019 using my Rift S as a monitor.
But since f1 2019 dont have vr support, i can only run it in virtual desktop mode using the occulus built in display. (i know about vorpx, but i wanna try it this way first)
How ever setting up my fov in game is a real pain. Cos i have no clue what size the virtual desktop is at 1.0x, 0.9x, 0.8x and so on.
So i cant run any calculator to get the correct fov setting-
Is there anywhere i can see what size the virtual desktop display is at different set vallues like 1.0x, 0.9x, 0.8x and so on?
The distance is easy, but the size i cant find any info about anywhere...

Seems to be like 50/50 about loving or hating vorpx.
But my question was about the standard virtual desktop screen, what size it is.

Probably about 4" I would think.

You are not understanding my question.
Im asking what size the desktop is when you use the virtual desktop feature on a rift.
When you can see your desktop.
Many similar programs for VR give you a number like "its like a 250 inch screen".
How ever the rift built in virtual desktop dont give you such a number, it just gives you a 1.0x size and a range to that virtual screen.
Im not talking about the display on the rift.

I fully understood the question.  You are now asking what the perceived size is.

Hang on i'll get the tape measure.......

Yeah what a odd question right? Strange how all other apps with this function manage to type this out, and most even have settings to change it to your own vallue, but not the free one included with the rift.
Ludicrous question right? Go get the tape measure, since its obviously a question impossible to answer.....

If you read my first post, you'll see why i ask the question, and why it matters.
Getting the correct FOV in racing games make a big difference, and if you dont know what size the screen is, its a very hard to find the correct FOV to use.

It is what it is, the fact that I am the only person to reply to you,  means no-one cares or just does not know.
