Dued Covid 19 the Rift S is always out of stock and if somebody can tell me when oculus pretend to restock Oculus Rift S because I live in Portugal and the only way to buy the Rift S for me it´s Amazon.uk Amazon.es Amazon.de etc all Amazon sites that are in the EU.
As of the moment, the only way to get a Rift S is from the Oculus Store. The past several weeks they have gotten stock in on Tuesday Morning (US) and after a few hours they are all gone. You would need to refresh the site until they appear and then buy. But I don't know if they ship to Portugal and there is no guarantee that they will follow that same schedule.
