Hi @zqycs, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues installing the update. Please try restarting your computer and disabling any anti-virus software that you might have running. Please also check to make sure that you sufficient free disk space. If you're still having issues, please contact support here with your Oculus Diagnostic logs. Thanks! -Rick
