Why is Oculus allowing apps that break all their own rules for good VR?

Why is Oculus allowing apps that break all the rules for good VR? - rules they themselves decided?

I keep finding countless examples of apps which move the player without their permission or control, like bro-bots among others, and plenty of games that don't have smooth motion on the touch joystick only snap turning or movement, which is much more likely to disorientate. Oculus please stick to your own rules for VR Comfort.

I've also noticed a worrying trend for controls not being fully explained in-game, requiring users to work it out by trial and error, which can be frustrating. Most games don't have a keybind menu like a regular pc game, or even a list of controls you can call up at any moment. This is really important I think

Snap turning and teleporting movement is actually the preferred method.  If anything not having it is "Breaking their rules" because smooth turning and free movement are significantly more likely to cause motion sickness.

My favorite game is Onward, I would hate it if it didn't have Snap Turn.
