how to stop dash window snapping to curved window?

when i move a window in dash, such as the virtual desktop, it snaps to a vertical, curved window. me no like. anyway to stop this auto reformat of windows (in dash)?

Don't move it so far back and resize it

yeah, i can do that but i want the entire capability be abled to turn off. that way i can have window at eye level.
