why is there always something wrong now?!

i have never had as many issues as i have had in this past week. now in home i can't even point and select anything, the pointer goes through everything and when i bring my left touch menu up i cannot point highlight and click. im half way between the floor and the ceiling and the list goes on and on with a new issue every day. im messaging support constantly and waiting days for a response than rarely works, how everything can run perfectly one day and then, without touching or changing anything, not the next. im spending way more time now in forums and discussions than i am enjoying a product that i have spent hundreds of dollars and so much patience on. am i supposed to sit around and wait for updates or campout on supports doorstep. i swear, if i attempt all the "try this"s and go through the entire set up again just to get nauseous because my view is moving with my headset AGAIN  im going to just sit and cry after pulling my hair out!

I have nonstop issues as well. I have had to reinstall the oculus software every day. I am having so many tracking issues. I just want to know if it is only mine, or is the system just really buggy.

The public test channel is for voluntary testing. The bugs are guaranteed. If you can't handle the occasional bugs, stop using the testing branch.

i was not using the test channel when the issues started and it is taking all my strength to not lash back at your assumption.  this all started last week when the app would not load, i was told by support to backup, uninstall, then reinstall and as soon as it loaded there where new issues.  i am not an idiot and have had my system and my oculus a year and have used it at the very least one to two times a week. i have become quite familiar with common problems and how to resolve them. i am not the only person who has noticed that there are now problems that were not there in the past

With that said without some logs it's hard to tell what it could be. Please read here https://forums.oculusvr.com/community/discussion/33792/how-to-get-logs-for-bug-reports-for-consumer-... and follow the second part to gather the logs for us and upload them to this thread so we may have a better idea on what is going on.

With an attitude like that you’re unlikely to receive any help. Stow the attitude and do what mradr says and then we MIGHT be able to assist you further.

I am ready to get rid of Oculus....love the tech..the issues seem like every day occurrences....takes the joy out of it
