I have no access to my DuoMobile or Google Authenticator codes for Facebook. My job is facebook dependent so I'm desperately trying to get it fixed. I only have access to facebook on my mobile phone app. Nowhere else. Every other login needs a 2FA code.
I can't submit a "I've been hacked" ticket because I will lose the only access I have to the account. I can't uninstall and reinstall the app, for the same reason.
I have been bumped around from Facebook and Instagram support and had the chat windows closed on me before anything was done. I have submitted my mobile number to Meta for a verification code, but still no luck.
No I can't go into the apps to change my 2FA, because to do that, ironically, you need a 2FA code. Which I do not have.
