Charges Twice

I was charged twice for the same game. I’ve seen this be an issue posted about before and Meta Quest support replies saying to send them a private message, however whenever I click on those links to try and contact them it sends me in a never ending loop and just keeps directing me back to the FAQs and does not give me an option to send a message. What is the actual email address or phone number I can contact to get this issue resolved?
