I would like to have my account enabled please as I do not go against the community guidelines Instagram, why do I post something that goes against the community guidelines?
My account has been hacked twice in the past, managed to get it back but maybe that caused my account to be disabled due to being hacked and the hacker sending out links to hack other accounts.

Hackers can be posted something that goes against the community guideline and that why your account got disabled or suspended.

If your accounts got disabled for multiple logins attempts then you should contact with meta support team and they also maybe want some documents for identifying that you are the real owner of the account.
how can you contact with meta support team?
for contacting with meta support team you need to go business support home (you can got it in business help centre) then need to click still need help button then input necessary information and after that you need to wait 10-15 minutes then a meta representative will connect with you via live chat.......
