I recently paid the 14 bucks to subscribe to meta verified just to be able to receive help with my Instagram password , I haven't received a link to change my Instagram password in over a year of trying and brought that issue to the chat on meta JUST to be left in the chat with no help . I'm literally just trying to change my password since I forgot the last one used and Meta is making it nearly impossible, I didn't pay for extra support just to still be ignored . This is ridiculous. The chat is open but no one is in there to respond and I can't start another chat until that one ends . My instagram name is *REDACTED* please help .
