Lost package no updates 30 days

I’m not the type to make a public post about a private purchase but I’m way over it at this point. I ordered a meta quest pro one day from a month ago and still haven’t received any type of update or resolve from Meta only “we opened an investigation and will be in contact.. that was a day after the courier site said it was delivered. Almost a month later and no response or update on the investigation so I contact Meta and they “were under the impression it had been delivered” what!?! AFTER they said an investigation was opened they switch and say they had no clue there was an issue. I send screenshots of a representative confirming the investigation and they were able to find the ticket but STILL no update going on 30 days later and I’m supposed to feel valued or heard? The policies regarding delivery and communication with consumers has to improve Mark and Meta please do better!
