Meta Quest 3 "New" serial number?

Hello,

I'm going to buy Meta Quest 3 512GB. Noticed that there is same product with different serial number and package has been refreshed abit. Is there any other difference than that? Serial (old) 899- and (new) SK- 

New package has 4K printed on the box + batman logo

As far as I am aware, there shouldn't be any discernable difference between devices or serial numbers. It may just be the result of newer marketing. Are you seeing this change on the Meta Store? If so, could you please add a screenshot as it may help provide some context. Thanks!

the Batman logo means you'll get the game "Batman: Arkham Shadows" for free by buying a Quest 3 or Quest 3S from 25 September 2024 to 30 April 2025.

I saw this serial number starting with SK for the Quest 3S too.

Maybe it's just like @Eire_Max said.... newer marketing.
