Just thought i would share my RMA process. I sent in my quest 3 around 7 months ago and after about 2 support tickets every month until now 8/14/2024 they finally came to the conclusion that even though they signed for the package and fedex confirmed delivery they said it only weight "0.8" pounds which obviously would not be the case but because of this issue they said "We understand and are sorry to hear that this happened. However, as per the results of the investigation, we're unable to provide you with a refund or replacement. This is something that needs to be sorted out with the courier and the post office where your package was dropped off. " So the moral of the story I wont buy from them again.
